I’ve been asked a few times for the recipe I use for chicken biryani, so I thought I’d throw it up here real quick.
Making good biryani is a long, but not difficult, process. It starts with marinating the meat — for this recipe I use chicken thigh meat (boneless). You can use bone in too, but definitely don’t use breast — it will be dry.
